Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of a significant delay, you will be notified by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia:

Standard Shipping: $15.00 (2-8 business days)

Express Shipping: $19.95 (1-4 business days)

Free Shipping: Orders over $200 (2-8 business days)
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping partners but are not guaranteed. Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Click & Collect / Pickup
Currently, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are delivered via our trusted courier partners.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia. For international inquiries, please contact us at sales@leadingworkwear.com.au.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@leadingworkwear.com.au with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you and our couriers to resolve the issue.
Supplier-fulfilled Orders
As Leading Workwear works directly with suppliers, your order may be shipped from different locations depending on stock availability.
